Preserving Newspaper Clippings

One quick way of preserving newspaper clipping is using lamination film and a laminating machine and cutter. This one method is used to preserve old newspaper clippings from age and deteriorating. It use two solutions. They are:

1 cupful Milk of Magnesia

1 bottle of club soda

What you do is pour the milk of magnesia into bottle of club soda. Slowly invert. Store overnight in the refrigerator. In a glass pan gently place clippings into the solution for 2-3 minutes. Carefully place clippings between two white paper towels.
