Covered Bridge at Philippi

This covered bridge is just one of
the few remaining relics of the
Civil War era. This one is at
Philippi, West Virginia and was
built in the mid-1800's. It was
the site of a civil war battle there.
The original structure was burned
in the 1980's, but has since been
rebuilt.
